At Sevich, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully.


Returns & Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received, unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Important:

  • If the issue is our fault (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will cover the cost of the return shipping and may offer a replacement (reshipment) or a refund.

  • If the issue is caused by the customer (e.g., change of mind, ordering the wrong product, or other personal reasons), returns are not accepted, as this would incur additional costs for us.


How to Initiate a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions and a shipping label if the return is covered by us. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can resolve the issue promptly. We may offer reshipment or a refund at our discretion.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (beauty or hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a replacement is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order for the item you want.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect a returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved (our error), refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank to process the refund.

  • If the return is not approved (customer error or ineligible), no refund will be issued.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact support@shopsevich.com.
